What did you find were the best tactics/baits?Changing the bait will help to catch more and listen to the advice from Marc

What did you find were the best tactics/baits?Sticky baits vortex with pop up maize
Tigernuts just on the rig
Blowback rig = 20cm
Comb rig = 2cm braid and 20cm fluorocarbon

Were you happy with them?Yes great people and nice fish what more do you need
Would you recommend our venue to a friend?Yes this is our 2nd time this year and we are back in Oct that will be our 5 time in 2 years and we have booked for 2013
General comments:Dad and i have a great time here..everybody must take the food package ..the breakfast is so nice when you wake up to start the day and the dinner is great with very full plates of very nice homemade food..all dropped to your swims/spots

What did you find were the best tactics/baits?Middle of the water, Combi - Rig with a wide gape hook was best for us
Were the facilities what you expected?Perfect, The New Heater in the cabin is also very nice
Were you happy with them?Yes our fishing got much better with one of the big Sturgeon coming out and going to a new home
Would you recommend our venue to a friend?Yes this is our 2nd time
General comments:Hard fishing weather, best catches in the middle of the night Thanks to Marc & Nikki our master-chef great cooking and food

What did you find were the best tactics/baits?Difficult to say but the pineapple boilie had done well
Were the facilities what you expected?Even better great cabin and perfect swims for the bivvies
Were you happy with them?Yes, it's nice to have a place with a shower and your own toilet and of course a kitchen
Would you recommend our venue to a friend?Definitely we like the offer of a rebooking discount that will we use
General comments:We had a great week with lots of fun with Marc even though the catches were not as good as we hoped for.. we sure will come back later this year We want to thank Marc & Nikki for their hospitality

Brief details of your catches:2x 30lb with best at 31lb9oz, 4x 20lb with best at 27lb14oz Several high and low doubles and some very pretty singles All 3 sturgeon on numerous occasions

What did you find were the best tactics/baits?Odyssey XXX with either small pineapple pop ups or yellow blackcurrant pop ups fished snowman style. Sturgeon seemed very keen on sweetcorn but not too fussy!
Were the facilities what you expected?Never disappointed - always a pleasure! Path was a great success - with the rain we had, it would have been dangerous previously
Were you happy with them?Yes and even stayed in the cabin on our last night as our kit was dry for the first time during the week and found it to be very comfortable
Would you recommend our venue to a friend?We always do!
General comments:Probably the wettest, most miserable weather we could have anticipated - and we still had a great time! Thanks to Nikki and Marc as always for their support and hospitality. Loved the food, the wine and the company. Will bring a canoe to try your white water course in the stream if we have similar weather next time. Hope to return in late August! Thanks again!

Jeroen banked 12 carp the best for him was 14kg this was a mach on his PB... next time my friend
he also netted big sid and Jurgen
Ben was top rod with 16 carp his best and a new PB at 15kg he upped this three time with us
What did you find were the best tactics/baits?Maize and boilies
Were the facilities what you expected?Yes getting better all the time like the new pathways also the new monster carp cradles, landing nets and weigh slings are great
Were you happy with them?More then happy .. (Marc) this is Franks 3rd time with us and is back 2 more times this year
Would you recommend our venue to a friend?No because we want the lake for us only including Nikki for the great cooking LOL
General comments:We have booked again with Marc for Oct because we all had a perfect time with Marc, Nikki, John and Pat
