Try a Bright Hook Bait
Carry a selection of fluoro pop-up, because these make excellent single hook baits but are also brilliant for use over a bed of boilies. Fluoro yellow is my favourite, but it's worth experimenting with flavours and colours because the most productive can change from one water to the next and from session to session.
